The Melbourne Cup Carnival is comprised of four unique race days:

Saturday 1st November – AAMI Victoria Derby Day
Tuesday 4th November – Emirates Melbourne Cup Day
Thursday 6th November – Crown Oaks Day
Saturday 8th November – Emirates Stakes Day
