Pre-payment is welcome by credit card, cheque or direct bank deposit.
Accommodation payment is required upon check in unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in advance. Guests must present a valid credit card in their own name for pre-authorisation. Alternatively full accommodation cash payment plus a $300 cash bond may be accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest’s or authorised credit card.
A failure to arrive by 11:00pm on the Guest’s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.
Special event/peak periods require full accommodation prepayment 1 month in advance of arrival date, with no refund if booking cancelled within 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Group bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking with full payment due 30days prior to arrival. No refund is applicable for bookings cancelled within 30days prior to arrival.
