Terms & Conditions
- Full payment for accommodation is required upon check in. Prepayment in advance is welcome
- The booking holder's valid credit and identification is required at check-in for a credit card pre-authorisation for a bond of minimum $300. A minimum $300 cash bond may be accepted if arranged in advance
- Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us of your cancellation at least 48hours in advance of the booked arrival date. The 1st night's accommodation cost will be charged to the credit card provided for late cancellation
- Special event and peak period cancellation policy requires full prepayment 1 month in advance of the booking with no refund applicable for bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival
- We will endeavour to fulfil all of your special requests however they will depend on availability
- Please ensure to specify your bedding requirements in the special requests field
- Quest SXY South Yarra is a non-smoking premises
- Quest SXY South Yarra administrates a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination and eviction from the property without refund
