Serviced Apartments South Yarra Quest SXY

When it comes to selecting a serviced apartment in the heart of South Yarra, the choice is easy; Quest SXY. To get you on your way, we’ve compiled a short list of frequently asked questions.

 

Q.         Is car parking available for guests?

A.         Yes. A limited number of secure on-site undercover parking spaces are available. The tariffs are $12 per night or $50 per week per vehicle.  To access the carpark you’ll need to supply your registration details to Reception. Please note: the maximum vehicle height clearance is 2.2 metres.


Q.         Do all the apartments at Quest SXY have a balcony?

A.         Most of our apartments have a balcony, with the exception of some studio apartments.


Q.         Is there a restaurant on site?

A.         With such a wide selection of cafes and restaurants located along Toorak Road and Chapel Street, we don’t see the need for an on site restaurant. However we do offer a full pantry shopping service, and we also supply a great list of takeaway menus from local restaurants if you prefer to have a meal delivered directly to your apartment.


Q.         Is there internet access in the apartment/at the hotel?

A.         Yes. We provide a broadband internet connection to every apartment.


Q.       Why do I need to do a credit card pre-authorisation on check in?

A.        This is an authority/approval/hold that there are sufficient funds on your credit card to cover accommodation, extras and unexpected costs incurred while renting an apartment.

 

A minimum of $300 for each booking will be pre-authorised, depending on the type of apartment and number of nights booked. If the funds are not finalised/processed on checkout, they will be released to your credit card within your bank's normal time period. Please note this is usually between 5 and 10 days.


Q.         What does SXY mean?

A.         Our name is such a talking point amongst our guests that we thought it was time we shed some light on the meaning behind the name.
